He’s finally back! And by that we’re talking about the return of British producer Bonobo who dropped his new single ‘Kerala’ and announced details of his long-awaited follow-up album ‘Migration’.

We’ve been waiting three long years for the follow-up to 2013’s ‘North Borders’ and Simon Green, aka Bonobo, is set to release Migration in January via Ninja Tune.

The album is aptly titled. “My own personal idea of identity has played into this record and the theme of migration,” Green says, via press release. “It’s interesting how one person will take an influence from one part of the world and move with that influence and affect another part of the world. Over time, the identities of places evolve.”

The lead single ‘Kerala, which samples the R&B vocals of Brandy, was weaved together during the producer’s journey throughout the United States. We can’t wait to hear Bonobo’s next project but we’ll have ‘Kerala’ on repeat till then!
