The Japanese House – Saw You In A Dream

The Japanese House has returned today with new single ‘Saw You In A Dream’, the first new material since last year’s ‘Swim Against The Tide’ EP.
Set to play a host of UK and European shows this summer, The Japanese House has decided to presage this with a brand new track. Instrumentally, ‘Saw You In A Dream’ plays less like the eclectic, beautifully weird soundscapes of her previous work, taking on a more traditional dream pop structure — much akin to Dirty Hit label mates The 1975’s “Somebody Else.”
“You were the sweetest apparition,” Amber sings. “Such a pretty vision, there was no reason, no explanation.”
